Irregularity in course classes |
- Most of the time, not more than 50 - 60% of the course was completed in the class room. The students have to prepare from exam guides or guess papers, in order to pass the university exams.
- Thrust is to clear the exam rather than to learn & apply knowledge. The students do pass the university exams but without appreciating the underlying principles and logic driving the subject resulting in people not suited to work in the Industry.

- 75% of the Attendance is compulsory for students.
- Monthly review of the Course status (finished & remaining), and communication of same to all.

70% of the Faculty is recent graduates |
- It’s a matter of compulsion and not of choice for most of the new faculty in these institutes. Most of the new faculty chooses teaching profession as stop gap arrangement for the time they are preparing for exams or waiting for job in the Industry. As a result, majority of them are not dedicated towards the teaching profession.

- Every effort would be taken to keep ratio of Experience: New faculty by at least 1:1.
- Apart from the regular classes taken by college permanent faculty, guest faculty would be called on regular basis.

- Students do not have hands on experience thus unable to apply what they have learned in the class before actually getting into the Industry.

- In absence of subsidized education to needy students, many good students are unable to take the admissions.
