Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA):-

The Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA) is a stepping stone to launch a successful career in IT industry. Optimus College offers BCA program in affiliation with Jiwaji University, Gwalior. The BCA program emphasizes on technical and practical applications. The students will be acquainted with the Programming Techniques, Data Structures, Software Design, the concept of Programming Language, Computer Organization, Computer Architecture, Networking & Data Communication, Information Management & Artificial Architecture Intelligence. The programme stresses on analysis and design experiences with substantial laboratory work including various software development.

Job Prospects:

After successful completion of BCA program, students can chose a career in IT in any company, not limited to an industry.

Eligibilty for Admission:

Candidates seeking admission to the BCA Programme must have passed 10+2 (or its equivalent) examination from a recognized Board/University with mathematics as one of the subjects in Intermediate/10+2.

Course Structure:

The duration of BBA program is 3 years. BCA program covers the computer science subjects such as programming languages, algorithm design and optimization, computer networks, database management systems, digital electronics, mathematics, probability, statistics, accounting and finance etc. Optimus College has gone through rigorous selection process to identify right faculty to teach each course in BCA program, making learning interesting and fulfilling to its students.
