Soft Skills Development – By introducing this course, Optimus aims at enhancing students’ personality and presentability, a must-have skill to succeed in interviews and future career growth.

Aptitude Enhancement – By introducing this course, Optimus will equip students with required skill set to succeed in written exams of various companies or government institutions.

Business Function Training – Blending of theoretical concepts taught in various functional disciplines with that of various scenarios & real life situations through available tools will adequately support theoretical education with practicals.

Domain / Industry Training – The training aims at imparting requisite information to student about various industries in terms of Strengths, Challenges, Opportunities & Threats of that industry. The training will also develop skills and knowledge required to succeed in roles available in that industry. Based on the inputs provided during the 2nd year, students will decide the industries, they target to work, after their graduation.
